Very helpful trying to book a tour to Panna. Had a nice excursion to Raneh Falls, friendly driver. Actually everybody was very helpful and friendly. Helped us book the train to Jaipur.

Beautiful property, the pool and garden area was quite spacious and well maintained. They also organized a diwali celebration for the guests which was nice. The staff were very warm and helpful. We had a wonderful stay here.

Pool time were short ; hot tub sauna was shorter 11 am to 7 pm. We could not enjoy since during these hours we were on sightseeing tours. Property needs upkeep . The tub was cracking

Toilet was smelling. Toiletries were provided on demand. No ambience in the evening. Ramada showed recorded light and sound to their guest in the evening. Which was missing at your place.

Excellent rooms, superb Indian food, very corteous staff making you feel at home.

Hospitality was top notch. For the price, the place is awesome. However, feels a bit lacking in hep vibe, limited menu, good but not great swimming pool etc

Gardens, pool area . Room large and comfortable.

Staff training . Reception staff could provide little information about the area ,cost of tuk tuk . Pay for each device if you required internet . Poor food . Bad service in restuarant . Had to ask several times for a bottle of water . It came when we finished ourmeal . Asked for milk for my tea ,it arrived when the tea was cold . Food was never hot . We had to ask them to set a table for us as we had no table but there were several tables not cleared off .I would not mind if the staff were busy but meals were buffet and all the 7 staff had to do was clear off the tables . Never pool towels at the pool . Had to go in search of someone to get towels . Staff did not look smart . I stayed at otherClarks hotels and everything was perfect . Wonderful service. Poor management in this hotel.

Lobby is huge but seems that the AC doesn't work . It's quite hot in if u want to sit in lobby.
